Credentials travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a restricted vault. Only the engineer assigned to your build has access.

All fields on this step are encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are never emailed or logged.

03 — Goals & context

What does winning look like?

The clearer the target, the sharper the build. Tell us what you’re measuring and what you’d rather we not touch.

Be specific. What’s sacred, what’s fair game.

04 — Brand & assets

The visual raw materials.

Optional. If you don’t have these ready, we’ll work with what’s live on the site and match your tone.

Hex codes if you have them. Plain descriptions are fine.

What happens next

Kickoff note within 24 hours

Your engineer will introduce themselves and confirm the scope we’re working from.

Build starts immediately

No waiting, no call required. We begin work the same business day your kickoff goes out.

Updates every 2–3 days

Short, specific notes on what shipped and what’s next. No filler.

04

Final review before launch

Nothing goes live until you’ve seen it and signed off.
